(1) Price of each replicate for a given plasmid. Final replicated products are pooled together.
(2) Endotoxin level in final product is <0.1 EU/ug DNA. Yield of Endo-free plasmid DNA preparations can be slightly lower.
(3) The Yield Booster treatment is designed to improve the yield of low copy number or difficult to amplified plasmids. With this approach, we process 2X the starting material (bacterial culture). This treatment does not however guaranty yield improvement of the provided plasmid.
(4) If using Zeocin/Blasticidin antibiotic. Other commonly used antibiotic are free of charge.

You can send your Plasmid DNA using your own carrier to our Vietnamese facility. But we recommend using our EASYSHIPPING option (Price TBD) to send us your Plasmid DNA.
Characterization by DNA sequencing:
$9.90/reaction for common or provided primers (synthesis of custom primers at extra cost) (min of 4 units)
